Wonderful hotel near airport
I arrived in the morning & the 9am check in was available. I’d wanted an airport view. So on 2nd day I asked for & was moved to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the airport. This was the whole reason I’d booked my stay here. However, it’s the staff that make this place. Reception, breakfast staff, the smiles & laughter of housekeeping. Thanks to everyone I met. John

Excellent airport hotel
Very satisfied with our overnight stay before flying to Chiang Mai. Very well organised airport shuttle got us quickly from the airport and back again the following morning. Check-in was friendly and efficient and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Crystal lounge was ideal for a relaxing drink and tasty snack. Breakfast in the Crystal restaurant was good with a satisfactory range of items. Overall I think the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to stay here in future.

Room wasn’t upto a 5 star standard, also never matched the profile on the website , Gold Membership not recognised, The Food and Beverage not discounted as mentioned at check in as a Gold Member , Hotel was shabby , Rooms were dirty, they couldn’t even be bothered to fill the Shampoo and Shower Gel or leave Coffee pods, I had to ring and ask , we stayed 4 night , 1 night would have been enough, A\C in Ioving room never worked , no cushions on the sofa , no Arm Chair as advertised, TV not working as a Smart TV , 3 Star at most I rate the hotel , Food was also not upto standard, I ordered a Roast Duck with Basil - What a disappointment, just swimming in oil and to make even worse they deep fried the basil also, inedible!!!!, not the best end to my holiday enjoyment .

An excellent place to stay near the airport
I had a wonderful stay at the Siam Mandrina Hotel. The service from the staff was excellent. The shuttle was very helpful and I so appreciated how the staff asked if I needed a shuttle back to the airport. The room was beautiful and the service at the restaurant was also excellent (I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast).
