This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we're in Tuscaloosa. This facility is clean. The beds are so comfortable! The staff is so friendly and helpful. This hotel is located close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, interstate access. We're seniors and appreciate the quietness and free breakfast that's available. We choose this location over facilities with pools for the restful atmosphere.

The property was okay on cleanliness most of it was an over powering room spray. The room was clean but the bathroom was a little questionable on how clean it was because we found someone else's pubes behind the door once it was closed, so not sure of staff just missed sweeping it up or what. It was quiet but the elevators definitely need to be looked at. Check in and out was fine and staff was very friendly.

Our room was well cleaned but a bit run down. There was a section of wall near the floor in the bathroom that was broken off. Some of the staff were nice, but one guy was very brusque and didn't smile or say anything nice. Breakfast was ok. It was very cheap to stay here and I would stay here again although this is a bit run down and has seen better days. I felt reasonably safe on the property.
