This is an older hotel but neat & convenient, close enough to the University without having to pay an arm & a leg for. Breakfast is basic but decent. There's a waffle maker for those who have the time. The only knock here is the slow flowing bathroom sink.

Came to Tuscaloosa cuz my son was invited to take part in the UA high school honor band festival. They had the best price for 4 days and 3 nights! Room was clean, bed was actually comfortable and was only 10 mins from UA! Staff were super friendly! I usually dislike staying at hotels but this was a great experience! Will choose them again when we come back next year!

Everything was clean and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately, whoever stayed in the non-smoking room before us decided smoking weed in the room was a good idea so the room smelled really strong when we checked in. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t change rooms. However, the staff brought in an ozone machine and ran it while we were at dinner. That resolved the problem with the odor. I really liked the addition of a waffle maker! That wasn’t in the breakfast lineup last time we stayed.
