Avoid - not great hotel - 3* at best
I did not like this hotel firstly having just arrived we were paying our driver & thanking him for the journey, the porter came to us 3 times in approx 1 minute to get us to come over to reception so rude.We took half our bags to the room the porter took one then hung around in the room not leaving til we realised he wanted money.So uncomfortable & unprofessional in all 5 hotels we stayed in not once have staff done this.the room was dirty,put my bag down by the bedside light & there was white dust along where it meets wall on both sides of bed & opposite where tea station was.The sheets had marks on so for the 1st time ever I rang reception to clean the dirty spaces & change the sheets which they did with dry cloth not antibac spray so much for covid.Toiletries had previously been used had no labels on & didn’t match.Went to make coffee only 1 sachet.The fridge didn’t work.Couldn’t use balcony due to monkeys.Lift smelt awful, need to use air fresheners.Tried to get coffee at the coffee lounge no one there waited 10 mins then left.our cooked to order breakfast was left on the side by staff for about 8 mins before being served by this time it was cold.noticed staff did it to everyone, they put it down before serving walked away faffed on with serviettes coffee machines talking to guests then minutes later served it, cold.Party on 1 night above us in pool area ridiculously loud music finished at 9 but clearing away went on til midnight so loud, cleaning cloth left in room,
