The check in time was 4pm but our room was not ready until 6pm which was disappointing. There is no restaurant at hotel as stated in description but the breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. The grab and go market was good for a quick snack. The complimentary smores at the fire pit outside was great for the kids. The common areas were comfortable and inviting. The room was clean but we had to hunt down towels/washclothes.

Too noisy!

Stayed on first floor. Very loud the entire stay - with the people staying above us. Requested a switch in rooms, took til the next day for someone to respond to me. Said they called the visitors above us but they did not bc the noise just got worse. Second day they moved us to the second me floor. Unsure why, bc the same issue could have occurred with the thin walls since there are 3 floors total. Thankfully, it did not. No management involvement, nothing offered to us due to our experience; the hotel is very nice and clean, but if you want a good nights sleep - would not recommend. OR - request floor 3! :)

I BELIEVE THAT THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE EVERYONES STAY FOR AS MANY NIGHTS NEEDED BECAUSE OF ALL THE AMAZING VIEWS AND CONFORTABLE LOUNGES WHERE YOU CAN SIT AND ENJOY YOUR STAY AS WELL WITH THE COZY AND SPACIOUS ROOMS.

The hotel is new, very clean, complimentary cofee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby with marshmallows for kids 😁 Movie room in the lobby for kids. The room is very nice, big enough for our party of 5, with kitchen just like at home (dishwasher, refrigerator…) Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They charge $20 for the parking per night. We will come back
