The Place Is pretty old and decadent. Barely sufficient the cleaning. Old furniture, cracks in the walls. But for one of the cheapest prices on the market and with private bathroom can be feasible for not highly-expecting customers staying for few days

Just to spend a night sleep. Area is very nice. Manager Orlando was friendly. No amenities what so ever. You have to provide for yourself.

I really loved my stay at this hotel as the place was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the place is within easy reach of the major attractions.

Great price, clean enough, mediocre standard
The proximity to the metro (both blue and red lines) and the price were the big positives for this hotel. If you simply need a place to sleep and a bathroom to wash in and are on a budget, this works fine. A bit run down, some cracks in the wall and water damage in the ceilings, but reasonably comfortable beds and no bed bugs. Not a great hotel experience by any accord, but it did its job as a place to rest and the price was excellent!

Better than 4 but not 5 stars. Good for position, shops, Metro, price. Water took at least 5 minutes to run warm, we thought the shower was broken. Staff friendly,.would stay again.

No complaints considering the cost. A clean, if a little dated hotel with helpful staff and decent facilities. If you're going to spend a lot of time at your hotel on holiday I might not recommend it, but if you'll be spending most of your time exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area it's absolutely fine

An old, run-down hotel
The hotel looks like it had its best years in early 1980s and have been asking for a refurbishment since then. If you fancy a time travel - go for it. Other than that: avoid. It is basically what you see on the pictures: if there is a bed on the picture - there will be a bed, if there is no picture with a window - don't expect a window. Hot water pressure is not on the pictures - because it is non-existing.

Great location at this no-frills guesthouse
Great location, affordable place, reception is open during extended business hours, staff is accommodating, area around the guesthouse is fantastic, lots of options for good, groceries, public transportation.

2/10 Poor

1 star is too generous !
The only thing in this place's favour is proximity to the airport. 12 min by Uber/ taxi. Starting from the worst bit: 1. No heating! The rooms are cold!! It's 15 to 17 Deg outside but you will shiver in the room. Bedding has just a thin blanket. Fortunately I happened to spot a thicker blanket in the wardrobe. Even then I had to wear a thick jumper to sleep. 2. Bathroom has what seems to be mold on the walls. The shower floor looked dirty. Hot water had to be turned on for about 15 minutes before you can use the tiny handheld shower head. Can't mix with cold either. 3. Dim room. Bedside lamp and overhead lights combined still made for a dim room. 4 overall cleanliness.. dusty surface 5. Keys left at reception desk, meaning anyone can have access potentially 6. No WiFi in rooms. There's a sun downstairs saying this info is on the booking sites..I beg to differ. Few things in their favour. Someone got me an adaptor for my phone charger.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fine hotel, but security seemed awful
It was all in all good. And nothing happened. However, in often empty reception lies the keys open for all rooms where people are out. As far as i could see, that included after reception hours. Doors might aswell have been unlocked. At the same time keys were connected to a big plate. So guests couldn't take the key with them, out of the hotel

A total disaster. 1913 Standard. The place should be abandoned. Extremely dirty, no warm water in the shower. You can find spots on all towels and beddings. I've seen such a place just in pre WW1 European movies.
Hesam, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff were friendly and helpful, the property did seem a bit run down but I saw a sign that they’re in the middle of renovating, and the walls were really hollow, you could hear a lot from other rooms. However, I was outside most of the time so if you just need a place to sleep and wash, it’ll do the job

Not bad not good
It's ok for the money. However it's very noisy zero isolation between rooms. Space of room is good. Friendly staff.

2/10 Poor

We checked into your hotel in early October 2024. We were very disappointed in the accommodations in room 102. Firstly, there was NO MATTRESS (only a box spring with a sheet), Secondly, there was NO HOT WATER. Thirdly, the shower leaked heavily from the corner by the wall and thoroughly flooded the floor, which became not only an inconvenience, but most especially, a SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD, We left at daybreak the very next day and forfeited the last two days of our paid reservation. We've stayed in Pensiones in the past, but this was an absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Bill, USA

Simple yet Clean
When I arrived, the man at the counter assisted me right away and explained the rules and regulations of the hotel. He was very kind and tried to speak English as much as he could. I appreciated his explanation and offered assistance as much as he could.
