A few things could have been better, but the staff members make up for the shortcomings by being very friendly and helpful. I booked a 2 night stay to celebrate a special occasion and the hotel did an excellent job accommodating all of my requests.

Not what it looks like in the pictures...
Very disappointed with our stay. The photos that advertise the hotel online and on Instagram are not representative of the experience. All the photos of the pool have glasses and clean white towels. The reality is you have soggy, plastic cups and old towels of whatever colour they have available. What's more, you can't get a new towel until 10am and only every two days. The pool areas are tired and overcrowded. They claim to be sustainable but in reality this means 1000s of disposable cups per day and not washing your towels. The beach looks incredible in the photos but is so overcrowded there is no space, with people right next to each other, and the sunbeds are all old and plastic. The walkways are falling apart. There is mess everywhere and it feels dirty and the women's toilets are filthy and the glass doors are stained. We booked all-inclusive and were disappointed that only one out of four restaurants were included in this, and the food was so bad that we ate there once and then ate out from then on - there are lots of good places to eat on the beach. Definitely do not book the all-inclusive - you can eat cheaply and much better 5 minutes away. This detail was not made clear when we booked. The general manager, Dawn, messaged me to say if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. I mentioned that we felt misled by the all inclusive and the cleanliness of the hotel. She then ghosted me for five days. Other staff were all really friendly
