Overall this was a basic hostel that worked for me to stay in one night in order to catch a morning flight to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. I only know Spanish and English so trying to communicate in Portuguese was a bit tricky but we managed okay. I was surprised by how noisy the traffic was around the hostel. Although, from about midnight to 7 am it quieted down so that was great for sleep. I took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the hostel when I called and messaged them in order to get a ride from the airport to the hostel the night before. It was pretty easy to take an Uber for 10 USD so it worked out. Overall, I'd say the quality is about what I would expect for paying 26 USD for a private room at a hostel for one night. Also, the showers had spectacular hot water so that was a plus!

Whey do I start Your girl on the front desk Carla is not helpful at alll the guest alemka bulnes had her boarding pass take off her for no reason at all she hasn't do any wrong and she is very upset and Miles from home SHe has had a very bad experience in your hotel The girl carla was not helpful at all very disrespectful she did care at all she treated my friend very bad to kick her out of her room.i booked the room this morning and payed for it and she its not on the systems has we show her many time the payment she didnt care the threatened my friend to kick her out of the room that is payed for the room after all day trying to sort some out she refused to give me the name of the manager and she spoken disrespectful to my friend we ask her all day long can she help her out and give us help to fix the issues we have have here but she refused to help us but always busy on yer phone the say time she is talking to her very disrespectful this is. Anyway she demanded we pay 149br or she going to kick her out of room that's been payed for twice may I add At this point all ong she is on her phone not a care in the world even talking to a paying customer very disrespectful So Yet again i made a payment online again of 32 pounds for your big room for the 17th which is 216.17 r i payed again and she still refused to talk it as its the wrong day and she explained this is the only way i can make payment and she still refuse it. she refused to give passport back

Estadia boa para dormir e tomar banho, tem cafezinho na recepção, e inclusive os atendentes são bem simpáticos, banheiro limpinho, café simples porém gostoso, infelizmente o ar condicionado de nosso quarto não estava gelando e isso não foi muito agradável, Guarulhos estava bem quente.

Pontos positivo próximo do aeroporto de Guarulhos tem transfer gratuito do aeroporto para hotel/hotel aeroporto motorista que faz o trajeto próximo do 12h00 muito educado simpático Na frente do Hostel tem uma Atacadão, ao lado Mc Donald's, TV com canais abertos, a cozinha tem talheres microondas e geladeira.

O preço é bom, mas as condições da acomodação poderiam melhorar. O sistema deles de acomodações compartilhadas não são nada agradáveis. O quarto a ser compartilhado parece mais uma cela de cadeia. Aliás eu já estive em uma cela de cadeia e nela tinha um banheiro e o espaço em si era bem maior. Os únicos pontos positivos ao meu ver são o translado aeroporto/hostel, o preço e o pessoal que atende lá que foram muito gentis.
