Senses Spa has 12 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Paradise!
There is nothing like the Princess Grand Resort! We stayed for 5 nights, and every single night was paradise! The pool space and seat placement are perfect for any type of vacation! The room was incredibly comfy, clean and made sense. If you're still guessing book your trip, you will love it there!

Beautiful location with friendly and helpful staff. A recommendation would be to incorporate more local Jamaican culture, food, especially fresh fruits, and vibe...did not feel at all like I was in Jamaica which was disappointing. Add more art from local artists and more reggae music...i did not travel to Jamaica for American food and music.

The staff, the rooms, the activities, the atmosphere was EXCELLENT. Our family decided to go to Jamaica over Christmas this year and we stayed at the Princess Grand Jamaica All inclusive resort and had the BEST time. My favorite thing was the staff and the food! The people at this resort go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We were there for a full week and I can't wait to go back!

The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was great for families. I would have liked to experience the adult side of the property. The property is new and has some tweaks that were addressed immediately but that is to be expected with any new properties. I think that overtime it will be one of the most visited properties in the area. The food was awesome and I appreciated the daily Jamaican cuisine. I plan to go back soon.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were beautiful. My only issue was that the food was borderline mediocre at best and often came out cold. This could be due to the fact that the hotel is new and was fairly empty. Other than that this is a beautiful resort.

I have experience staying at various 4-5 star hotels in: - Turkey: Kuşadası and Antalya - Cancun: RIU Hotels - Riviera Maya: The Fives Beach - Punta Cana: RIU Hotel However, I must say that **this hotel in Jamaica is the best** I've experienced. The staff here is exceptional—helpful, kind, and genuinely amazing. They are always attentive, following up to ensure we have everything we need. The food is great, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the à la carte restaurants are the best I’ve encountered. Best kids club team , my son really enjoyed playing with them and he is still talking about them . The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, and the hotel offers a variety of excellent services. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Jamaica.

Overall the property is beautiful although there is still some construction being done since the property is brand new. No issues with check in and the room was clean. Saw a spider or two but nothing a little Off Spray did not help. My room faced the kids club so my view of the ocean was limited since I was on floor two. I had issues with the hot water pressure and staff was very accommodating. The highlight of my stay was the staff. Akeem and Hyacinth at Jamrock (best restaurant) along with Tyre (supervisor) and butler Georgianna were EXCELLENT. They were very accommodating and made my stay very enjoyable.

We loved so much about the week we spent there over Christmas. The staff is really friendly and helpful (loved Conny out at the pool!) The property is amazing and great for the kids. I have 9 and 12 year old boys and they had a blast at the water park and were in absolute heaven in the gaming room. One draw back is some of the gaming equipment wasn't operational yet so they were a little bummed to see amazing VR set ups that didn't work. I would recommend bringing lots of dollar bills for tipping as there were days in a row where neither the front desk nor gift shop could give you any change--the ATM doesn't dispense anything smaller than a $20. Also, remember goggles or you will have to shell out $24 per pair in the gift shop! The week we were there was still a little slow and some food at the buffet often looked amazing but had been sitting for so long it would be inedible but by Christmas it was a ton busier and the lobster at the buffet was a very nice touch! If you are an early to bed type of person try not to get a room overlooking the water park/theatre area. The music is loud and often goes well past 10PM, however the entertainment was really well done. My kids were often too tired to stay up past 9 so it bothered them. The water quality at the main beach fluctuates depending on the wind/weather. There were a few days it was really clear but was a bit murky the rest of the days and I really don't like how they keep you contained within the area marked by the buoys.

We stayed in December on the family side in Platinum in a swimup suite. Our room was amazing, though the pool didn’t get tons of sun but I imagine it gorgeous in the summer months. Still used the swimup and hot tub! Our butlers Shayshay and Javaughn were AMAZING. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. From having fun with our 5 year old to being super responsive and helpful to just being down to earth, real humans. Made our trip fantastic. Princess is lucky to have them. The resort is gorgeous. Everything is new and some kinks are still being ironed out but nothing that impacted our stay or experience. The gym was also wonderful, as were the trainers run the fitness classes. So much to do and not enough time. The bartenders and wait staff in ALL of the restaurants are amazing. FIND BARTENDER MORRIS.. you won’t be disappointed. We used Jamaica Action Routes for excursions and airport transfers. They were wonderful! The beach is the only thing that is slightly a let down but it’s manmade and brand new so I imagine in time, it’ll feel more natural. But it is still nice, a little small but loungers are a plenty!! The water sports are great but it was VERY windy and rough in December (no fault of the resort). The pools and waterpark were our go to place to hangout. Plenty of seats and cabanas available. The kids club was great! Some of the VR wasn’t working yet but we didn’t care about that anyway. Would rate Princess Grand a 10/10 and would definitely return!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente: la struttura nuovissima è ben curata ed il personale proattivo e gentilissimo sempre.L'offerta di cibo è bevande è eccellente ed ampia, varia e di qualità, sia nella versione buffet che nei ristoranti tematici. Le camere sono ampissime ed in grado di ospitare una famiglia comodamente. Serramenti insorizzati verso l'esterno, non verso il corridoio. Uniche note stonate, nell'eccellenza generale, sono, se vogliamo, la musica da discoteca troppo forte e pervasiva in tutte le diverse aree delle piscine ed il diving center non all'altezza della struttura.
