The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also good. Parking in the parkhouse right next to the hotel for a daily rate of 19€ was very convenient. The room was clean but the furniture was very run-dun and decrepit. The bathroom seemed to be the only thing that was renovated lately. Stayed for 1 night before heading to Salzburg. Self check in after late arrival was pretty easy. Got very odd room, a bit creepy honestly. Windows going out to some kind of closed walls patio with what looked like emergency stairs, no view at all. Felt like basement, and felt not safe there. The beds were o.k. May be we were out of luck to get this specific room. I guess the normal room with a normal view would have change the whole experience. The service at the reception was good, check in and out quick and friendly.

Very rude staff member at check-in. The dark haired lady did not want to locate our reservations in her system. 2 rooms under my name and 1 under my wife's name (same surname) for our group of 15. Suggested I call Expedia to sort out after telling me they have different room configuration than I had booked. Once located the confirmation then checked in however 1 room had a broken bathroom sink causing water to flood there bathroom and into the bedroom. The staff said no one was available to look at or fix it. No other accommodations were available and no other options were given. Breakfast was a good selection and tasty.

“I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the room I was given on the 6th floor on the first day was an absolute disaster. It was so shockingly poorly maintained that I couldn’t believe the hotel considered it acceptable for guests. Thankfully, I demanded a room change the next day, and while the 5th-floor room was at least tolerable, it still didn’t make up for the awful experience of the first night. However, the male staff member who assisted me was exceptionally kind and professional, which helped ease some of the frustration I had with the overall situation.”
