My wife and I stayed 2 nights early October and everything was great. The hotel is well located in Vomero and the room had the best view of the water and Capri. Luigi was AMAZING, very helpful during check in and helped us make a reservation to a restaurant that we were eyeing. If you like a place with charm and don’t mind being located further from the water, I strongly recommend.

We were delighted by this hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. It’s a walkable distance from the subway (or funicular) even pulling carry-on wheeled luggage. It’s located in a lovely residential area, near two pedestrian streets that are alive with restaurants, shopping, etc. — hugely popular with locals. We loved spending time here. The hotel itself was unique, being a former cloister — and everything was well maintained and beautiful. Lovely location, high above the harbour with a nice cafe terrace overlooking it. Its location is a serene contrast to the liveliness of the older city below. I would stay here again for sure and will recommend it to any friends heading for Naples.

I would highly recommend Chiostro San Francesco. The hotel is lovely, quiet and very clean. Our room is tastefully decorated and pretty big, the only downside is that the safe box in the room is tiny. It is not bolted down so you can just pick it up and take it away. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in a lovely part of Naples, we felt very safe. Close to shops, restaurants, funicular and the metro. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice building with patio, good situated - unfortunately very loud, in- and outside. Parties every night, traffic noise and concerts. Friendly Italian (young) staff - lacking an international standard. Could do better for non-Italian guests. Breakfast recommended.

Je viens de quitter cet hôtel, j’y suis restée pendant 4 nuits. Notre expérience a été merveilleuse. Premièrement, la localisation de l’hôtel est très centrale et, d’ailleurs, il se trouve dans un des plus beaux quartiers de Naples, alors il y a des transports à proximité, ainsi que des activités, des magasins et des restaurants à distance de marche. La vue sur la baie de Naples à partir de la terrasse ou à partir du bar est vraiment à couper le souffle. Ensuite, le personnel est très accueillant, souriant, flexible et ils ont plein de ressources, ils sont capables de répondre à toutes les questions. La chambre était plus grande que j’aurais pu attendre, bien meublée, très équipée, confortable et impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et délicieux. Le bar est très sympathique et la nourriture est bonne. Bref, je n’ai aucune réserve pour recommander cet hôtel.

Per essere una Residenza d'epoca la struttura è confortevole un po di rumori notturni per le porte un po datate. Posizione e panorama da 5 stelle ma quello che stona è la colazione con prodotti confezionati e non come si decanta anche con sfoglistelle e frolla . Le potenzialità ci sono ma consiglio di addrizzare il tiro sulla colazione anche perché il costo è corretto solo con una colazione all'altezza altrimenti è alto.
