Really good location. Spacious rooms. Old fashioned hotel. A bit worn.

Beautiful historic hotel where Mozart once stayed. Large room and delicious breakfast that included champagne! Friendly and helpful staff. In the heart of city center. Would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Excellent location for exploring the city, with everything conveniently within reach. The accommodation itself was very nice and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that you cannot unload your luggage directly at the hotel entrance. You’ll need to carry your luggage approximately half a block from the nearest accessible drop-off point.

The best location in Wien. The room was very spacious with lots of storage. Shower was large with lots of options and great pressure. Would have liked a larger in room safe, which was undersized versus the typical. It could not store a small laptop.

Nice Hotel with a superb location in the absolute center of Vienna. Good, well kept room. Breakfast not as good as it was some years ago. Yesterday’s bread for breakfast is not ok!
