Beautiful hotel
Beautiful 5-star hotel in Vientiane. It is a bit out of the tourist and downtown area but it’s quiet and just a short taxi ride there. They also offer a shuttle. The service was exceptionally friendly and they helped us with an early-morning taxi to the airport. And we had lunch in their restaurant which was delicious and Jen was lovely.

Stayed 3 times overall good stay
Stayed there 3 separate times in the last 18 days. First time everything was great! No complaints. The last 2 night stay we experienced toilet issues. Not being about to fix, they offered to move us. However with being fully booked there was no king size bed available. We opt to stay in the room and use the lobby restroom.

Unfortunatly there was allmost 24/7 Disco Music wich was very disturbing. I kinda expected a quiet and enjoyable relaxing stay at this highly recommended Hotel but the constant noise of the music was rather annoying.

The hotel was really nice as were the restaurants. I disregarded other reviews about the pool space but I shouldn’t have; there are literally four sun beds, and two high tables, so it’s a bit uncomfortable to be there. Also, it was probably the river and not the hotel but my room smelled like sewage, especially in the morning. Other than that, I highly recommend!
