Great stay, staff very friendly especially Dan who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Only complaint is the bus tours, they all decend on the restaurant at once overwhelming the staff and other guests. May be better if they seperates them from the non bus tour guests and had seperate dinner/bfast times.

This hotel though it is 4 star but provides good quality and variation of hot and cold breakfast . The excellent location with walking distance to the amazing city centre , the bus station and nice dining cafe places , I would greatly recommend this hotel We just had a couple of reception people at check in who were unfriendly but the rest of the staff were good

The property is well located and the pool area is beautiful. However, our room was old and a bit dingy. It did not match the outside of the hotel! Also, there was music in the lobby (piano player and singer and/or karaoke) until 11pm which was right below our room. It was loud enough to disturb our rest.

The hotel has a great view and pool, nice rooms, great breakfast. They are right beside the bus terminal and car parking available for a fee. On the down side there was a bad smell every morning and 1 mattress would need to be changed. Forgot to mention it. But overall very satisfied and would recommend.

This is a reasonably priced resort style hotel with a lovely ambience. The weekly Sicilian Night was fantastic with a feast of Sicilian food and live music. Terrific breakfasts as well as open air terrace dining. So glad we chose to stay here.
