If you need to be close to the airport this is the place to be. Lots of restaurants options onsite. The 24/7 shuttle service to airport is so convenient. They also have a beautiful Thai Garden onsite.

The best thing about this hotel is easy access to the airport. You can walk to check in in about 10 minutes. It’s pretty speedy, but convenient. One odd thing about the room was a window between the bedroom and bathroom. The shade on the window did not close completely. It’s very odd. Also, like all hotels in Thailand, the comforter on the bed is too heavy and hot. Check in was a bit slow.

A great night at Novotel BKK
It was great to tumble into the Novotel BKK after a long flight from Hawaii. I arrived at 2am and I found the shuttle pretty quickly. I was Quickly whisked to the hotel and checked in easily. The room was nice with a pool view and the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet given being next door to the airport. One point off because there were no USB ports.

Solid hotel, just a couple of issues
Nice hotel, and super-convenient if you have an early flight in the morning, or need to check in off-hours (they have a 24-hour check-in policy. My only gripes would be that there is no thermostat in the room to control the A/C, and it is awfully cold. (Windows don't open, so you can't let some of the A/C escape. And, for the life of me, I can't find the switch for the overhead lights.
