Our room was nice. The bathroom looked brand new and the shower was great! Add a little coffee pot that made the little pouches and the coffee was pretty good! The problem was the beds. The mattresses were thin and they felt like pull out couches low crowds, but the staff was great and we were about 20 minutes from downtown and we could see Seaworld from the hotel. When you check in ask for extra pillows and towel towels because he only got two on each bed and two tiny towels, and two hand towels for two grown people it was enough towels for two days just saying

If you're looking for a great deal outside downtown and don't need the excess of high end chains, this is the place for you. There's plenty of parking. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are comfortable. The AC blows cold. This is a great bargain.

The hotel was run down but the rooms were very clean except for the carpet. My toilet seat was broken n my room didnt hv a blow dryer. The staff was extremely friendly n helpful, left them a nice tip... the rooms were nice the outside property was run down which reflected in the price so no complaints. 🙂

This was an interesting hotel as the pictures were definitely deceiving. The phrase “you get what you pay for” is definitely in full display here. Our room was decent size but it had a weird smell to it, not to mention the roaches that ran across their carpet floor..it was disgusting. The bed was okay and the property seemed safe. The front desk people were a bit aloof as they seemed in constant disarray from the people coming in out with complaints about something. Overall, the price of the hotel was enticing but I wouldn’t stay here again. Their main pull is that they are very close to Sea World, that’s about it.

The walls are thin and we had a storage closet next to our room, so noise was frequent. We also had a dripping shower head and cleaning staff was unable to get to our room during the whole 4 days. There was poor circulation, with only one window and the lighting could be improved. Perhaps a ceiling fan/light combo should be installed. Homeless people in the area were a drawback, but plenty of stores, food options and groceries nearby.

The room was clean, good furniture. No closet or any bar available to hang clothes. I needed to hang clothes I need the following day to attend an event. ironing board and Iron were available, I needed to ask the front desk for a blow dryer but was available.There was no luggage rack to rest my personal suitcase on I had to seek items from my suitcase from the floor not ideal. Shower pressure was great! Not happy about nats flying around the room second day, I had fresh apples with me and they showed up way too fast. Area is not that ideal and but is very close to the highway so it was noisy at night time.

While the room was cleaned fairly well, the carpet felt damp. The carpet was also badly fraying, which, along with the aged, peeling furniture, gave the room an old musty feel. The bathroom was more recently updated and fairly nice, if very basic. The bed was soft and clean and I slept well. The AC was a little loud, but worked pretty well as a white noise machine. The staff were always helpful. The location is excellent. All in all, it was comfortable, but I felt I overpaid, since the room was nowhere near as nice as the photos and the amenities were minimal.

I have no idea how this property had an 8.0 rating on Hotels.com. The carpet in the room was disgusting. Black stains on most of it. The walls had stains. What little furniture was in the room was old, dirty looking and beat up. The bedding looked old and dingy. After being at the beach we decided to take a shower. The shower was new so that was good. However there was no way we would trust such a dirty place to not have bed bugs so we decided to just forfeit what we paid for the room and checked out after about 30 minutes. The girl at the front desk was nice and did apologize. I wouldn’t advise staying here.
