O hotel é excelente, quarto muito confortável, ótimas instalações, de frente para a praia, que é ótima. Piscina grande, e equipe muito atenciosa. Única coisa que não gostamos muito foi do restaurante. Esperávamos mais dos pratos no almoço e jantar (o café da manhã é ótimo!). Os pratos de camarão não eram tão bons assim, até pelo preço.

Excelência em conforto, restaurante pode melhorar
Logo na chegada fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo atendente noturno (se eu não me engano, seu nome era Michezan) que prontamente nos conseguiu um quarto para que descansássemos até o horário do check in, já que nosso voo adiantou e chegamos na madrugada na hospedagem. Toda a equipe foi muito cordial conosco a todo momento. Em termos de conforto, tudo foi impecável, qualidade das camas, roupas de cama e banho, poltronas e espreguiçadeiras, temperatura do ar - tudo irretocável. A única experiência que não atendeu a nossa expectativa foi o restaurante. O café da manhã no primeiro dia estava excelente, já no segundo dia os pedidos vieram errados, o ponto do ovo estava incorreto, as porções relativamente menores e com menos variedade - faltou cuidado e técnica no preparo daquele café. Além disso, os garçons não conheciam o cardápio do bar, muitas vezes precisávamos mostrar os drinks no cardápio pra mostrar que eles existam (os autorais). A experiência do jantar também deixou a desejar, comida um pouco gordurosa e pontos de cozimento equivocados. Com alguns ajustes no serviço do restaurante, a experiência teria sido perfeita.
