6/10 Good

The room was clean. Was asked if we wanted a room with a view or a lower level room. We chose a room with a view and the view was a hill on the back of the hotel. Which wasn’t that much a view to look at. I’m not sure if they had issues with the AC, it was 94 degrees, but no AC in the hallways or in the lobby area.

Exactly as advertised. Pool was smaller than anticipated and the hot tub wasn't working during our stay. But staff was friendly when we had a question and we had no complaints about our room or other services.

6/10 Good

Our stay was okay. The room was clean when we arrived. We did not like that the restroom lock was broken. The couch that turns into a bed is very old and falling apart. Some of the seams were coming undone and were stapled. I was able to take off the ones that were coming off so my kids would not get hurt by them. Overall this place is good for an overnight stay.

We had a problem with our door and then we had a problem with our sink being stopped up. Breakfast was confusing and hard to find but the hotel was clean and the parking was easy.

10/10 Exceptional

This is a wonderful place and I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone was amazing, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of Sliema and close to everything, including the ferry to Valletta, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I also loved that they offered complimentary coffee in the morning, and it was very good. The hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. I even left my jacket behind, and they kindly offered to help ship it back to the United States. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, excellent service, and genuinely wonderful people!
