Heat made so much noise had to turn off. At 9:00am asked for toilet paper & shower gel from front desk attendant. Came back at 3:30pm and no toilet paper or shower gel. Have to find a housekeeper for toilet paper. Needs updated.

So so, needs upkeep
Beautiful outside. Once inside, decorated beautiful for christmas. Hallway off elevator was extremely hot. Once in room, bathroom floor was soaked from humidity, almost fell. Had to dry with towels and leave door open with vent on. Floor (carpet) between bed and wall was soaked, i assume from ac leaking. Other than that, would have been a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel but the rooms definitely need some updating and TLC. The staff was very friendly, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the breakfast. Thought having a resort fee was ridiculous.
