Literally drove 3 and a half hours to get here to have our room not be ready?! Yet all the “diamond “ members rooms were ready and they were oh ever so friendly to those people but us? Nope! We had to wait bin the lobby with all our belongings until they “called” us for our room. Sad, we had to cancel our slingshot reservation that we paid for because our room wasn’t ready. Just a horrible start to our stay I guess next time we will pay for the top, most expensive room you have so to be treated right like those “diamond “ people were treated.

Not what it used to be...
I reserved a suite/condo with a balcony through hotels.com. When I arrived I was informed that the room they had for me did not include a balcony. After showing them my confirmation, they told me there was no room ready and I’d need to wait about an hour. No problem. These things happen. I returned an hour later, and was handed my key. When I opened the room door it was obvious this was not the room that had been cleaned. After a trip back downstairs, and a wait in line at the front desk, I got the correct key to the correct room. Roughly 90 minutes after my arrival I was settled in. The suite/condo contained dishes. The coffee cups were dirty with rings around the inside. Washed them by hand used them throughout the stay. I guess since the room was classified as a condo, they don’t service it daily. No problem. But it would nice to have some clean towels without having to call and request each day. The service at the Hilton Conference center and the Promenade have dropped off considerably over the last decade. I’ve stayed in both over the past month. Not like it used to be.

Very good 8.0
It was ok.
Very elegant lobby. Front desk staff was great. Room still had drinks in fridge from previous guests in it. I expected beds to be more comfort me

Not a true king size bed
Hotel was fine. Location is great. First time I’ve stayed in a hotel that the king bed wasn’t a king bed, it’s a hotel king, basically slightly bigger than a queen. So that’s misleading but I’m sure it’s like that other places.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel, perfect location, good amenities.
Great hotel. Perfect location (within easy walking distance of Branson Landing, great restaurants, etc.). Loved that they have both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.

The hotel was very clean and seem to have followed the cleanliness guidelines from CDC very well. They were very imformative of what they were doing to keep visitors and themselves safe.

Just ok
We got to the Hilton fairly late on a Friday night. Gwen at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. We paid the $26 to park in their garage for 2 days and headed over to the parking garage. It was a bit of a walk to the motel from the garage which was a little difficult with tired kids. When we got to the room we noticed the headboard of the bed was ripped and the paint on the bathroom door was peeling. I expected nicer from a Hilton. All the drawers in the room had been colored in and there were children’s toys in the floor that made me worry about how clean the room was. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels in Branson for less money and didn’t have to pay parking and got free breakfast.

Quick Overnight in Branson
The gym was really great, lots of good, new equipment for any type of workout and incredibly clean--the only downside is the wall of glass that it looks directly at the indoor pool so you're on display your entire workout. The outdoor pool was nice and spacious and we had lots of sun throughout the afternoon. Our room had a large balcony that overlooked the outdoor pool which we really liked. The beds were comfortable, the room was decent sized and worked well for a few WebEx meetings, and it was quite. The staff was super friendly through our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Not so much........
Walls were paper thin! You could hear everything in the next room & the hallways! You had to pay to park in their own garage, there was no cable tv to speak of & there was no housekeeping between days. For what they charge, i expected better!
