Precisa de manutenção!
De modo geral é bom, mas tem um problema gravíssimo de limpeza, ou melhor, manutenção. O filtro do ar condicionado estava com uma crosta de pó(como se vê na foto), sendo que o rolo ventilador estava cheio de bolor e mofo. Anos sem limpeza... Pintura descascada, gotejamento de água, etc...
