This is a nice reasonably priced motel for basic lodging in an overpriced resort area. Obtaining my room key through my smartphone and having no on on the premises in charge was a new experience but we didn’t have any problems. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to book here again in the future.

Being a senior and not very tech savvy I found the check in Procedure very difficult. Fortunately I got on the phone with Carlos and he looked after everything for me regarding check in. We loved the room as it was large with a nice kitchen and very comfortable beds. Carlos stopped by every day to make sure we had everything we needed.

Convenient, cozy, cost-effective, and comfortable
The Inn is a motel within walking distance to downtown and the lake. Our room had a king-size bed, kitchenette, and jacuzzi tub. It was tucked in at the end of the row and very quiet for the New Year weekend. I don't know about the other rooms but the king-size option was as shown in some of the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed and was very clean and well kept. We would stay there again if back in that area.

What a nice, quiet, and well located hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and found it to be very clean and super comfortable. I am heading back to Lake Placid in a few weeks and definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommend this incredible value to everyone!

There was a door in our room that connected to another guests room which creeped me out. It was locked but super sketchy. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Very low water pressure in bathroom.
