They are all kind and helpful. The only feedback I would give is that the check in process was a bit overwhelming when we all arrived at the same time- it felt a bit disorganized. Nevertheless, I would 100% stay at this resort again! We were sad to leave. Thank you!

A beautiful resort decorated with traditional Thai woodworking. Beautiful pools and landscaping. Excellent staff. A great place to come and relax. Private beach and pools with waterfalls. Variety of rooms with different views to choose from. It is a large resort and a little spread out but they provide free and efficient shuttle service throughout the property.

Beautifully well thought of and very comfortable layout, set up of the room as well as all amenities and furniture within it. Beautiful surrounding landscape (even though requiring some upgrade and maintenance). Friendly, helpful and professional staff.
