Wow what a hotel and what a service! From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty and nothing is too much effort for them to make your stay perfect! Location is the heart of the action (luxury quarter), the hotel itself lives up to its reputation as one of the best, the rooms were grand and had everything to make our stay comfortable and luxurious! The staff were all really helpful and worked hard to ensure everything was perfect for us. The hotel and it’s facilities were excellent. Breakfast had such a large choice it was more like breakfast and lunch together. The hotel is joined to a subway entrance which was really convenient. Also, the hotel was close to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and various shopping malls. Beijing is excellent. The city is really clean and safe. Be prepared to walk a lot and don’t forget your passport!

We stayed in a king suite with club room. The room was very spacious and clean and extremely comfortable. There is a lot of space in the wardrobe. The housekeeping staff even left us a small clothes line when they noticed we had tried to hand wash some clothing. All the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The breakfast in the club lounge and in the main restaurant was delicious. I really liked how in the club lounge there was an à la carte menu. The location is perfect with a nice Peking duck restaurant called da dong 200m away, many shops and food courts and cool bars. We will definitely come back! Our experience was 10/10.

Well located good quality hotel, not far from Tiananmen and the Forbidden City; a five minute walk to the Wanfujing shopping strip (the building with the Apple Store has many restaurants on levels 5 & 6). Pool and gym area is truly exceptional by any hotel standard anywhere. Bar is ok but very adequate. Service was efficient and friendly. Concierge lady was a delight, with excellent English.
