We had one of the family suits. I was surprised how big, spacious and modern it was. We loved it! The property is beautiful and very clean. Flowers, koi fish pond beatiful, pool. Just amazing. The staff was very kind and attentive.

Staff were ok but freindly ,they want to charge for everything, house keeping finish 2:00 pm and if yiu want to clean your room after that there is no chance ,They also were charging for the coffe tablet in the room so what is the point to put a coffe machine in a suite and charge for the tablet ? Nice hotel in a quiet location.
Close to the local buses for easy access to Varna, Varna airport and Golden Sands. Close to a supermarket and a short walk to the beach and the centre of St Constantine & Helena. A choice of restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Family friendly and calm property allowing for a relaxing stay. However, staff neglected to clean the room on one occasion even if a reminder was sent to front-desk.. twice. This would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that the bath tub was leaking on the floor of the bathroom after each use even with curtains properly placed, which required drying the floor with multiple towels. Shower head was not properly fixed and kept falling, as well as hair dryer. In summary, bathroom needs a lot of renovation love; the constant pools of water on the floor must have created a moldy environment which I wasn't keen on investigating further...
