The hotel is in a great location. I think they need to update the doors for the rooms. I was able to hear everything in the hallway. If you're looking for a place to just sleep and not really stay and relax this is perfect.

This hotel is old, but has been remodeled nicely. It was nice having a balcony. The linens were clean, but the mattress was not supportive. Maybe it is because we are used to a foam mattress and this was a spring mattress. Breakfast was good. The employees were wonderful, very accommodating and always with a smile.

This was a reasonable priced hotel for a weekend trip. The balcony was appreciated, and room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and elevator were dingy and not well kept. There is limited beach area, but it seemed like a good place for families for a short period. Breakfast items were limited.

Guest Services manager was really nice but…. Hotel is outdated and dirty for almost 400 a night i should not see stains all over carpet and hair in shower and on the sink, light switches were filthy, paint chipping off walls, and the chair in the room was broke.

Experienced lodging disappointment as room did not match appearance or layout as reserved and appeared on web photo. Upgrade ourselves to beachfront; wonderful view and large room. But the hotel needs care, maintenance and updating. Mgr made good on our rates and assured us that she was aware of our assessment. The hall carpets were being cleaned as we checked out (badly needed). Pool/beach area very nice but needed attention by staff (cleaning).

Have visited the area many times over the last few years. We choose to stay at this location because it’s central to dining out. We have noticed some changes. Either there is new management or ownership the quality is dropping. We may try another place on our next trip.
