Expensive, poor service

Very large hotel, our room was late being ready but we were able to store our luggage. Check in was slow for a hotel this size they need a lot of staff. Everything was very expensive - Valet is $100 a day. Ate outside of the hotel where possible. Suite was very nice but the sofa bed was uncomfortable and had to ask at reception for bedding. Overall nice hotel but too busy and too expensive.

The hotel was good and the pool and beach was great but the lifts in the hotel were terrible! Literally waited for 15/20 minutes for a lift sometimes as only 1 was working. Breakfast was amazing.
