All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
There was a good selection for breakfast options, however the cooked breakfast on offer was at best only luke warm.
It is slightly out of the way of the centre of Dublin, but still everything was reachable by foot ( 20 - 30 minute walk , depending on your pace) .
We had one evening meal in the hotel. It was a limited menu, portion sizes were small , I had a pasta dish that was again only luke warm and greasy ! Despite this it had a nice taste.
We chose this hotel as it had a balcony which I hoped would give me the convenience to have a smoke outside without having to go down and out of the hotel at night as I often have a broken sleep. However there were signs on the balcony doors that forbid smoking on the balcony , which meant I had to get dressed and go out of the hotel at night for a cigarette. When the room provides an outdoor space and does not allow smoking , then this should be made clear on the site for those booking.
The hotel did not offer anything special regarding facilities or the area for us to return to this hotel or book this chain of hotels again.
