Mold infestation
Small run down motel situated between 2 other motels. Sketchy buildings & area. Felt very unsafe. Motel looks nothing like pictures and didn’t have documented offerings. Our room was COVERED in mold. Told front desk, the only other room they had didn’t have A/C or heat. Front desk acted perplexed & said “no one else had ever complained.” Its clearly visible, so are they not cleaning? Do they just not care? Very hazardous! I believe it was room 103. Also ground lvl w/ slide open window. (Wld not recommend for solo or female travelers.) Checked out & got a refund. Front desk person was nice, that’s about all I can say.

GROSS.
Absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the bed including mold, smoke detector was missing with wires exposed. Hair in the tub. We ended up leaving and sleeping in the car. I asked the front desk for new sheets and got the following response “ yeah I know but that is all we have right now. We are waiting for a shipment” I said okay.. also the smoke detector was yanked off the ceiling with wires hanging down. The front desk said “yeah we needed the batteries, but there is another one in there” There was not another one in there. Then I said the dresser was kicked in to which she said “yeah, we already knew about that, don’t worry we have your back” Absolutely terrible experience. We checked out after the concert and slept in the car.

We did not stay here. The property was run down and dirty looking. Outside, a number of people who appeared to be vagrants were standing around smoking. Inside more people were sitting around the lobby. It looked like a place for homeless and/or recovering addicts. Does not look at all as it appears on your site.

Horrible experience
When I got to the hotel the front desk had no record of me reserving a room. They were very rude about accommodating to me getting another room and at charge me an extra $10. When we got into the room we found out there was no hot water. Behind the bed was trash and most of the linens hadn't been changed. Very poor facility

Our stay was very good. The TV in our room did not work and when we asked the desk clerk about it, he came immediately and said that one hasn't worked and they were waiting for repair. We were given another room and it was bigger and better!

Simply awful. Stained sheets, inoperable doors, broken shower faucet, housekeeping didn’t make up the bed for 3 days, questionable folk hanging around the entrance 24/7. Clearly zero expenditures on maintenance/upkeep. Rude/apathetic staff topped off the experience. You get what you pay for; cheap in every sense of the word.
