Room was big and nice beds. Beautiful view over the mountains. Got disapointed because we didn't get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but we got compensated with 20 usd . The taxi cost 25 usd. Perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants.

6/10 Good

We stayed 3 nights. The hallways were never vacuumed. Staffing was inadequate. The price quoted from Hotels.com was about $70 less than the actual after "resort fees" and taxes. Very good location in the middle of downtown. Enjoyed the pool.

6/10 Good

The room was nice and the walk out to the pool was nice but everything looked pretty beat down. For a Sunday I was surprised they had no bar open, the cabanas were kind of dirty and there was trash under the beds.

The room needed work. Fridge did not work and the room looked like it had been rode hard and put away wet the hot water was questionable but staff were nice

I enjoyed the property, valet is included in your stay. Their whole team were friendly and helpful. The bed was sooo comfortable and the tub fits 2 people nicely. Hugh red punch stain on my carpet floor. It's not a 21 year and older as I read. But you will still have a good time, it's a mixed crowd, with one goal in mind. (To have a good time) and
