It seems like a place that you would expect a fancy B&B breakfast, but it was more like a Holiday Inn Express breakfast, which I like by the way, so its not thatbit was bad at all, I just expected something more. But inside the owners have not paid any attention to make this place charming and even serve you breakfast in very cheesy paper plates! Their breakfast is also below average , bottom line , I would not get fooled to go to this place again and the only reason we did because they made the pictures look nice!

Sweet Escape
I love Sweetwater Branch Inn... it is perfect bed and breakfast getaway. My favorite room is the Tea Rose room... because of the huge jacuzzi bathtub & the fireplace.

Quaint B&B plus great for a UF weekend.
What a beautiful location central for UF and Gainesville activities. They made you feel welcome from the moment you drives. The cottages were super cute with great history. I enjoyed my little reading book in Lester’s Place and walking the grounds. And the breakfast was so good. You felt welcome, you felt home and you wanted to come back from the moment you left.
