We went on a vacation from the US to visit our family in Aalborg. The location was great and close to everything downtown Aalborg. The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodation were very clean. Drinks in the hotel bar were fantastic although not always open and especially not late. Hotel was quick to give us extra pillows, towels, and even microwave food or hold things in a guest fridge as they do not provide those in the rooms. Bathrooms were smaller than we thought they would be, but made it work! It was amazing to be able to rent some bikes from the hotel to ride around!

Room was nice but was not cleaned and no towels changed during the whole stay. Maybe they don’t do this anymore? Also, there was often no one at front desk when needed. The hotel facilities are great, gym and there’s a new restaurant. The location is also good and quiet.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed ved havnefronten og tæt på shopping muligheder og enkelte restauranter. Super service af personalet. Både i baren og receptionen. Værelset var rent. Eneste minus er at rengøring skal bestilles dagen før inden kl.18. Det virkede ikke for os.
