Trip to Cuernavaca

I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

El mejor descanso de fin de semana

Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue la alberca, templada a toda hora lo que permitió disfrutarla más tiempo. Las instalaciones súper limpias y el personal muy amable en todo momento. Si acaso las camas un poco incomodas pero en general bien la habitación. Sus jardines son hermosos y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, no se percibe ruido del exterior.

No me gustó que solo el martes la alberca tuvo calefacción y fue óptima debido a que había más huéspedes. El miércoles y jueves ya no. Las condiciones que ofrecen deben ser siempre independientemente de la ocupación ya que los costos no cambian. Así que no se me hace correcta esa actitud por parte del hotel

Es un hotel muy bonito,tranquilo ,solo que en las habitaciones,la cama por lo menos a mi me tocó un cobertor el cual olía mucho a humedad y a mi la verdad no puedo con ese olor ,se lo comenté a la persona que hace la limpieza y me dijo que me la cambiaría, pero no estoy segura si lo hizo ya que por la noche seguía oliendo igual al entregarme la habitación de supone acababan de hacer la limpieza y en el baño en la coladera una madeja de pelos y al día siguiente cuando hicieron la limpieza la medeja ahí qu do en el mismo lugar que la dejé , entonces eso quiere decir que lo limpian bien, y los costos del buffet para lo qu dan si es excesivo y ni hablar que compré 3 platos y 3 cucharas desechables y el 30 pesos?? A mí se me hizo demasiado , en fin por la estancia mis hijas muy agusto y felices ,solo me perdí de la pascua ya que no me dijeron nada y pues me lleve a desayunar afuera a mis hijas ya me tocara ,el señor que nos ayuda con las maletas excelente servicio,atento y muy amable un cordial saludo gracias 😊
