We had a very nice room with great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable, Bathroom clean (but small) the room was spacious. Had a small balcony. The hotel is located by many shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. This being said it is a bit noisy until about 11pm. The hotel is quaint, not modern, but some upgrades mixed with old time beach hotel. We enjoyed our stay

Great beachside stay! Be mindful of the surrounding area having a lot of activity into the late evenings -- you can hear all the fun while you try to sleep. No microwave in the room I stayed at, but there are at least ample restaurant choices within walking distance. Overall happy to stay have stayed there and wouldn't mind returning, but not with little kids (because of the evening noise).

The rooms are very cramped. The bathroom was so small that your legs hit the sink if you sit straight on the toilet. The bed was pretty comfortable and the ac worked great. The location is the only reason to stay at this hotel.
