When I checked in, I paid the bill immediately. One staff said the payment was included breakfast but another one said it was not Included. Hence, I needed to pay for the breakfast again. When I found out the mistake he made, I needed to calculate with him and gave the proof before I could get the refund.
Also I informed the counter that the hair dryer in my room was not working at around 7pm and he promised to give me a new one. Unfortunately, I didn’t get one before I checked out in the next morning.
