Pool was could use some updating. Breakfast was ok. Ladies serving were a little rude. Probably wouldn’t have booked if I had known they would be painting the building we was in. Lack of parking due to lifts taking parking spots and did not like the windows taped up and not being able to see out them.

It would have help if they were able to credit back one night since I had extended for one night, but husband got very sick & had to leave. Very confused about how to get the money back.

Great location! Spacious rooms. Several buildings and some located a distance from where breakfast was served. Breakfast was crowded. People at desk very nice and helpful!

Great place, clean, had kitchenette in my room, rooms are good size, and staff came and ask if you needed clean linens or anything daily. The only thing about provided breakfast is, if your staying in Tower building. They're are two buildings, one is on side of creek with office and the Tower building is on other side of creek. If you are in Tower you have to drive to other side of creek to get breakfast at office. But, if you have kitchenette you can cook or drive to have breakfast. No big deal.

The room was spacious and I loved having a kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is there really is no WiFi and The elevator is old and was having trouble. It should be replaced during off season. The ladies serving breakfast were fantastic. The breakfast offered was pretty good. Maybe fresh fruit like apples and oranges could be added.

We had a great stay. However, The AC unit was difficult to adjust and the room was very humid and damp feeling. I wish there was a bridge from the other building to the lobby and pool. It was a pain to have to drive each time. The breakfast was really good and we loved the room set up and balcony. The balcony rocking chairs were awesome!

I liked the location. Our balcony was overlooking the river with lots of geese and ducks. A little outdated but pretty clean. The toilet was loose. 🙂 The breakfast was very good!

We had an all girls weekend trip. The free breakfast was great. The room had a nice view and spacious for all of us. Love how close it is to Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountains. Also it’s close to the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Loved being on the creekside! The only things that would stop me from rating this hotel a 5 star would be the bathrooms; They are extremely small and while I had no problems since I am a small woman, I could see where a very large man or woman might have issues. Also, there is a racetrack of some sort across the road that is extremely loud. Lots of noise on the front side, but creekside is wonderful, especially at night. The rockers on the balcony are wonderful!

Looking to travel to Pigeon Forge and seeking a GREAT place to stay? Maybe skip Creekstone Inn. Creekstone was fine for the money and it was close to Toy Box mini golf, Shoney’s, and Andy’s frozen custard, there is a tram stop AT the hotel, and it’s off the main strip and RIGHT on the river. There are ducks and geese that frequent the basement level. Where there are birds, there is poop…but staff hosed off the parking lot every evening so it didn’t smell. Let’s talk about the room, it was mediocre at best. The roof in the bathroom dripped the whole stay. The bathroom is TINY and does not have a fan. The balcony was nice and the beds were okay. The office staff were great and helpful. The housekeeping team left a lot to be desired. They only ever took our towels, fresh sheets would’ve been nice. The pool was okay, it was well worn and could use an update and repairs. But it held water. (I just wish there was a hot tub because it was a little chilly). The breakfast was a disappointment day after day. Spongy eggs, bland food in general, and the same three options every day. The “buffet” was indeed not a buffet. Shoney’s is right down the road, FYI. Overall it was fine for what we paid, but we will not be rebooking this hotel. All of the good things about this hotel were proximity related and not their merits.
