Hotel mais direcionado para eventos, mas muito bem cuidado, com área verde bonita. Seria excelente se tivesse jacuzzi e piscina térmica. O jantar com pizza no sábado foi maravilhoso.

Para não dizer todos, a maioria dos funcionários eram rudes e mal educados. Lixo na frente do quarto ficou cheio durante os 3 dias que me hospedei la e ninguem se quer retirou. Café da manhã simples e com poucas opções. A unica coisa boa são as camas.

Não voltaria neste hotel
O atendimento e a alimentação me deixou muito satisfeito, porém fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o quarto, pois além de ser muito escuro, havia uma porta que dividia o meu quarto do quarto ao lado, e eles colocaram um guarda-roupas em frente essa porta para esconder essa divisória. Por conta disso, perdemos toda a nossa privacidade, pois tinha um outro casal hospedado no quarto ao lado e era possível ouvir toda a conversa deles e o som da televisão, ou seja, parecia que estávamos todos no mesmo quarto. Além disso, o chuveiro era horrível, saía pouca água e a variação de temperatura do chuveiro de quente para gelado acontecia a cada 30 segundos. Sugeri educadamente melhorias nestes pontos na hora do check- out e a recepcionista se quer pediu desculpas. Pelo valor pago na diária, não achei que teria este tipo de problema.

Decepcionada
Chegamos no dia 9/07. Nesse mesmo dia, logo após o almoço, havia uma criança correndo, brincando e gritando no corredor dos quartos. Fiz uma reclamação na recepção do hotel, dado que o hotel é enorme e corredor de quartos não é o local mais adequado para uma criança brincar e gritar. O gerente, que se chama Júnior, me respondeu que se eu quisesse uma estadia com silêncio, deveria ter feito uma observação no momento da reserva. Achei a resposta completamente infeliz. Quem vai para um resort e precisa fazer uma observação de que quer silêncio na porta do quarto?! Ele foi bem petulante no tom como falou comigo. Nos mudaram de quarto e nos colocaram num quarto sem absolutamente nada no frigobar e com menos travesseiros na cama (em relação ao quarto original). Fiquei bem decepcionada com a postura do hotel e frustrada com o fato de ter de trocar de quarto no meio da minha estadia. Eles cobram R$800/diária e a resposta que me dão é que eu deveria ter avisado que queria silêncio na porta do quarto, em pleno resort?! Surreal. Não recomendo.

Muito bonito e confortável!
O hotel é lindo, bem decorado e cuidado, ambientes espaçosos e bom atendimento. Pelo valor, as refeições poderiam ser um pouco melhores, principalmente o jantar. Valor das bebidas que são pagas a parte é bastante alto, fora do comum. No quarto, falta um espelho de corpo todo, um tapete para deixar mais aconchegante, mas em geral é espaçoso, bem equipado e cuidado. A estrutura toda foi pensada para eventos como casamentos, mas tem tudo para funcionar muito bem como hospedagem de lazer com estes pequenos ajustes. O ambiente da piscina é maravilhoso: paisagismo, limpeza e espaço amplo! Só bem gelada hehe
