Very friendly helpful staff . The hotel was lovely but a bit tired in a couple of areas . The station was 15 minutes walk away which we used to attend Monza GP .Breakfast was excellent.

Very welcoming staff, especially the young man that was checking us in and out. Very romantic breakfast area. First time got an ACTUAL double bed and not two beds pushed together, THANYOOOOU❤️🇮🇹 Overall experience 10/10

Really lovely hotel within walking distance of a metro. Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel. I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove. Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again

Dear Sir or Madam, Honestly, I come to this hotel several times because it is conveniently located near the Sesto San Giovanni Municipality. However, during my stays, I have repeatedly experienced maintenance and service issues. On a previous visit, there was a problem with the air conditioning, and another time the window would not close properly all night. During my most recent stay, the shower in the bathroom did not work at all. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of support from the reception staff. There always seems to be only one person at reception, and they often appear stressed and unresponsive. In addition, there seems to be only one maintenance person available, and they are very difficult to find when needed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both the maintenance service and customer support, because the hotel’s location is very convenient and I would prefer to continue staying there in the future. Kind regards Hussein Mostafa

Property is dated, breakfast room smelled of mold. No restaurants close by, odd location. Would not recommend this property.

The phone in the room was generating noise through the night. Most light switches were broken or not available as they were auto on when didn’t want them on. The shower was switching water temperature often. Only one elevator was working and at a moment no elevator worked and we had to use the stairs.
