The room I was assigned was a large-sized suite and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfy. It had an office desk by the window and a great view of the Aare River outside with two balconies. The bathroom was spacious - I wish my stay were long enough that I could utilize the jacuzzi as well. The room was quite spacious and there was more than enough storage. Very impressive room. The hotel is centrally located and very easy to walk to from the train station and to the old city.

Our experience was great. Hotel has a great easy to walk location and the views from the balcony is amazing. The service was impeccable and without question the room was one of the better ones we've stayed in, very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bathroom, the Nexpresso machine gave it a nice touch. Nice, clean hotel right on the river. We arrived late and left early so didn’t experience much of the town, but we walked to a restaurant and it did seem like it would be a very nice place to stay. Mixed reviews on the pillows from my group. If you like soft, down pillows, you’ll have the best sleep of your life. If you need some substance to support your neck, you’re going to have a problem here.
