Great hotel - don’t count on getting breakfast!

Hotel is immaculate, staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. We wee on the road so booked hotels with breakfast on purpose. There was only a couple of bagels, one cereal pot and nothing else other than coffee. There was still a half hour to go but it was clear the items weren’t being topped up. At least 3 families came in and left again, including us. A shame, because otherwise the hotel is lovely.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful and very welcoming. The lobby was cute but needed to be cleaned. The one wall had coffee or some type of beverage that had been spilled and not wiped downed. The room was updated and clean. The mattress was older and not very comfortable. The closet doors were off the track and almost fell off when I attempted to open the closet.

It was ok but not worth the 9.0 / 10.0 received that made me decide to stay there. Solid hotel in a great location. Crew was nice but seemed understaffed. Had issues with key card, with tub drain, given access only to go to room and maid was still cleaning, after a decent wait in a warm lobby. I thought it was expensive relative to room and service.
