We stayed for 3 days initially and were back 5 days later. Circumstantially, we stayed in the same room both times. On the first stay we told the front desk: 1) the desk light was out and need a new bulb; 2) the phone didn't work; 3) the alarm clock in the room could not be set so it was worthless; 4) the refrigerator didn't work. They said "thank you" and that these issued would be fixed.
When we returned 5 days later and got booked into the same room, NOTHING had been fixed. Additionally, the room key (electronic) would work for an hour and then quit working. We asked for another room, but this was the only disabled room available. Over the next hour, maintenance brought us another refrigerator, a bulb for the desk lamp and new batteries for the door. The phone and the alarm clock were NEVER fixed. There were other issues we encountered, but I'm running out of characters. If this is the way Hilton currently runs it's properties, then my wife and I are definitely done with Hilton...we certainly won't be returning to this specific hotel in the future.
