Breakfast was non-existent
It was affordable, clean, and convenient. The walls were patched but not repainted in our room. We went down for breakfast at 8:30am on Saturday and the only food there was cuties and packages of small muffins. Also, the front door is NOT handicap accessible.

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely overlooked and disregarded during my stay. I expected much better from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and guest experience moving forward.”

Clean, safe, but no breakfast
The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly. Check-in was quick. The parking lot felt safe. I just was disappointed that breakfast was not offered even though there were several signs advertising breakfast 6-9 AM. Take the signs down if breakfast is not served.

The room smelled, the towels were yellow and the toilet was dirty. Just a terrible hotel and the was not ready at 3pm. This is a $25 a night hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very nice. The handicap room was filthy. Dirty sheets, burn marks in blanket, pillows horrible and dirty, floor dirty, tops of night table had recent spills and sticky. Just disgusting!!!!

Went here last minute during Hurricane Helene. Power was out and my kids are both severely autistic and the young man at the front desk got me right in and a room above the cafe so as not to disturb other residents of the facility. He did not have to do that but he did. Very grateful for the staff. Thank you again for helping save my sanity.

There was literally come on the sheets of the bed. This may be one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My guy stayed inside and I slept in my van. Bathroom showers didn’t drain. This place should be condemned. There was no breakfast either. That said I probably wouldn’t eat anyway because it was such a hole

Property is extremely trashy all around. Poorly kept. Staff is minimal. Door-lock to our room did not work correctly, almost impossible to get into our room, contacted front desk they did nothing. Once got into room there was no toilet paper, called front desk, and by the time we left we still didnt have any. Exhaust fan missing in bathroom, just big hole in ceiling. Pool towels were stained. Pool was dirty and had random stuff floating in it. Overall not a good place, worth half of what we paid for the room if that. 1 STAR.
