Amazing Service from The Ritz Carlton Hotel Jakarta This is our first time stayed in 5 stars hotel. We stayed in this hotel from 7-9 February 2026. My husband booked the Grand Room Club. At the entrance, everyone were so welcoming. At the receptionist, Pak Azriel who were handing my check-in. I also met Mbak Melanie who i talked on the phone before, to confirm about the check-in time. They were so helpful and pleasant. We got the room at the 21th floor, plus acces in the Club Lounge at 26th floor. We got the opportunity to have 5 time meal which devided by: Afternoon Tea, Dinner, Cordials & Dessert, Lunch, and Breakfast. For breakfast, we could choose one between take in the 26th floor or Lobby at the Asian Restaurant. The Club was very excellent! The Manager, Ibu Royana Rasjid, welcomed us always whenever we visited the Club! She was very kind and so helpful! We got some compliments, that was so delightful and copious! Thanks bu! For the room, we got city view! It was amazing! Everything was so clean and clear. We didn't hear any noise even we face the city. The pool was also clean and fine! It was in 5th floor. It was like in "Bali vibes" so natural and nice. It such a very wonderful "staycation" in The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Hope i got another chance to stay here. A magical honeymoon at the Ritz-Carlton!

My spouse and I traveled through Indonesia for three weeks to celebrate our honeymoon. During these three weeks we slept in different types of accommodations ranging from very basic to somewhat luxurious. For our final stop before flying back to Europe we wanted to stay in something nice to recharge. So we booked the Continental Room at the Ritz-Carlton during our final stop in Jakarta. We were already super excited to stay in this hotel, because my partner and I haven’t stayed in an hotel this luxurieus before. When we arrived we found out that they upgraded us, as a honeymoon present, to the Presidential suite. This room was unlike anything we have seen before; 400m3 of floor space, high ceilings, a private jacuzzi and two sitting areas. We never considered ourselves lucky, but at that moment we felt very lucky and fortunate. However the thing that made our stay truly memorable were the amazing people and staff we met. Everyone was so cheerfull, kind and warm. We met so many great people but we wanted to call out a few. Elvan, from reception, who showed us the suite, took nice photo’s for us and was such a kind soul. Ratu, from Restaurant Asia, who took the time to talk to us, to surprise us with small gifts and made us very comfortable when we were dining there. Dewri, from the Club Lounge, who made the best cocktails for us and showed true hospitality. The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. It is great for commuting to Central and South Jakarta. The room was large and very comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff - both Vincen and Putu at the reception were extremely helpful and professional. Catering was also great - the food options for breakfast were diverse, and I also enjoyed the dinner buffet a lot! Very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to friends and family.
