The Rivoli is magical. Our room was all romance; spectacular wall coverings, and large comfortable brass bed, antique settee and garde-robe, with many historic details and comforts. A beautiful staircase and entranceway plus a great central location. Most of all the staff , and Krystal at the front desk in particular, were amazing. Everyone was helpful and kind! We had a great stay and after my daughter was ill and had to stay in for a day, a flower box appeared on our little balcony:) Thank you for everything!
