O quarto em que eu estava não funcionava o ar condicionado, o travesseiro reservado estava com um cheiro horrível e a toalha de mão do banheiro parecia um pano de chão. O atendimento das meninas foi excelente não tenho o que reclamar, mas deixou muito a desejar no quesito conforto.

Experiência muito ruim, a reserva informava que poderíamos solicitar uma cama extra (dobrável) porém só chegar no hotel disseram que isso não existe e quiseram cobrar valor de R$ 80,00 para a nossa filha dormir conosco, depois de 1 horas de discussão e tentando falar com algum gerente, não obtivemos exito e no final conseguimos pagar 50,00 adicional. Depois disso nos acomodaram em outro quarto que teria uma terceira cama, porém, esse cômodo tinha 2 infiltrações no teto que estavam goterando tempo todo, a ponto de já ao entrar no quarto vermos que tinham colocado 1 balde pra água que pingava. O café da manhã é muito, mas muito abaixo do que mostram as fotos, nada de especial, espaço super apertado com uma miséria de mesas disponíveis. A experiência foi horrível, não indico e não volto mais no local.

Péssimo
Péssimo atendimento, quartos com fedor de mofo, muita umidade e mofo também nas paredes do quarto e do banheiro pior ainda o box parecia que não era limpo a meses, a cama super desconfortável. O café da manhã nem se fale precário de cardápio, sem variedade nenhuma. A recepção suja e bagunçada, era de se esperar mais de um hotel que faz parte de uma rede. E o estacionamento que além de ser 35 reais não é no hotel, você precisa andar um trecho porque fica na outra rua, se tiver muitas malas não tem acessibilidade nenhuma.
