Good value for money
Good value for money. Staff helpful. Decent breakfast. Location also good. The tram stop was just 300 meters from the hotel and then about 8-9 stops to the historic centre. Looked a safe area to walk, even at night. There were only 11 parking spots (all free) in the hotel. 4 in front and 7 in the rear marked 1-7. Once those are full, there is a free public parking area about 75 meters from the hotel. We had no issues parking there and the area looked safe for us. Do also check out the great Italian restaurant about 200 meters from the hotel. We forget the name. It is on the left side, when you exit the hotel. Dec. 2019.

This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon in Italy. Unlike other hotels, there was great air conditioning that allowed for a comfortable stay during the hot season. The staff were amazing and getting around the city by cab was easy and inexpensive. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. 5/5

Strong cigarette smell!
We only spent one night, at first we got very confused with the very tiny parking area, then we were given a room that had a strong cigarette smell and we got it changed for a different one that worked fine. The room was not in the best condition, the walls are very thin and the pillows are hard like a rock.

We booked months ahead and a large group unexpectedly decided to stay an additional night. We were pushed to a different hotel. They said it was a 4 star. BALONEY! It was 2 star at the best. Very dissatisfied for a final day of our honeymoon!

Booked 2 nights, but on arrival was told we would need to stay at another hotel for 1night, the other was more like a hostel than a hotel, was dirty, uncomfortable. On return to this hotel next day, the room was old. Needs refurbished, four beds in one room was too many, breakfast was ok , positive only 10min walk to tram service to the city

Reasonable hotel in Florence, Italy
Acceptable hotel in Florence. Clean, not too expensive, friendly staff, English speaking staff, not far from the airport, and nice breakfast. Comfort is average - rooms small and beds small. I have stayed here before for 1 night and would again.

Great hotel, clean, staff is amazing, room was great. We where on the top floor with a beautiful view and a huge balcony. WiFi works great! Breakfast is full of choices.

Listed as a four star hotel. That is why we chose to stay there. It is definitely not a four star hotel. Barely a 2 star hotel or worse in my book.
