The hotel has definitely seen better days and is a bit run down, but the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. There is no closet, although the room does have a safe and an ironing board conveniently located near the vanity area. The biggest advantage is the location—it’s within easy walking distance of Old Town, which makes exploring the area very convenient. Overall, the hotel could use some updating, but the spacious rooms and excellent location are definite positives.

This is a great place to stay if you just need a decent place to sleep on a budget. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Property is small and limited seating for breakfast so expect to eat in your room but I prefer that sometimes anyway. Rooms were recently remodeled and beds and pillows were very comfy!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Friendly staff, quiet clean rooms, beautiful location in old town. Just 5-10 min walk from historical museums, walking trails, cafes, restaurants, and the tram station. Whether you want to travel south to the border or up north to the Safari park this is the place to stay especially if you don't plan on driving. We had an unexpected change in flights, and without hesitation, they went out of their way to juggle things around to ensure we could be accommodated despite it being SDCC weekend, one of the busiest weekends of summer. Amazing experience, and hope to be back soon.
