no hot water, trickle water pressure
They gave us a handicap room on the first floor beside the stairs. I will not stay here again because the hot water went out sometime in the night Friday, so luke warm shower on saturday, my husband wouldn't even shower on Sunday because it was cold and the water pressure was non existent. I have medium length hair and took forever to rinse. The staff said they were repairing it during the day Saturday but it didn't work.

It was surprisingly great! The only complaint is they really need new beds. They all sag in the middle. Location is great, easy to get to

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I just wish the table had a light above it and wish the water was hotter than it was.

The property it’s average, the receptionist inside took about 10 minutes to wait on me after walking in the front door. Limited parking, you have to walk for vet to your car. Plus the rooms very dated, old and everything was pretty dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Poor
Unhappy with this Quality Inn ( not by Dollywood)
We did not stay at this hotel the day after Christmas 2020. We had to of course have a reservation unseen except from pictures. It states Quality Inn and Suites Dollywood, it is not near Dollywood but near the corner of the Parkway and Dollywood Ln.. To start with the parking lot was dirty with trash and rotting leaves from the fall all around the curbs. The rooms are all outside entrance rooms. The luggage carts where outside and worn out and wet. “The Rooms” where poor to say the least. Carpets thread bare. Room smelled very musty, dirty type odor. I can’t imagine way this hotel has been rated an 8. Choice hotels should inspect this hotel. I don’t believe that Choice would want their names associated with this building. The cancellation policy by the hotels and Hotels.com where you have to cancel 24 hours in advance or lose one nights charge, is unfair especially when arriving and seeing the condition of the building. You have no recourse but to lose a nights rate. We decided to pay the night and leave instead of staying in this building, I wouldn’t even call it a motel. We called Hotels.com and are still waiting for a response. I use hotels.com fairly often especially before COVID-19. We stayed at another Choice hotel just up the road and it was great. What you would expect from a Choice hotel. I wish I had taken pictures as it would have helped with this information.
