Desk staff are professional, polite and detailed. Executive Chef Ronen presents an exceptional breakfast buffet, where selections are plentiful, delicious, and are served in a dining hall with unbeatable vistas of Haifa. Underground parking is ample, and the hotel is well-situated

I'm usually using this hotel for my business trip in Haifa. It is quite, with a nice view on the bay, and close to the square with many restaurants, and cafe. The hotel itself is good, but it is a little sad: never too many people, few personnel, the bar is frequently unattended and offers a limited choice. Internet is terrible in some room: slow and with a very weak signal.

Staff are great!
We extended our tour for 3 days and stayed at the Mirabelle. Very friendly staff. Rooms were quite small. You have to take a big step to get into the shower. As well, toilet did not flush and my room was not cleaned one day. Breakfast was delicious and once again, staff were excellent. Hotel has a nice pool and jacuzzi.

I liked the staff in particular David, and the other member of staff who came to my aid. Lovely room with a spectacular view of Haifa. Great amenities, although you can tell the place isn’t in the best condition (shower sprays, broken sink plug - which was fixed). Nice selection for breakfast, though not many vegan options. Would liked to have had a pool outside!

A jakuzzi, sauna and steam room, we enjoyed. a parking is a nightmare...it says included for free. Then you arrive there and they said NO. we don't come to argue we just had to go and tried to find a spot. One side of the parking is payable and we could not activate Pango for overseas credit card and phone.... rude welcoming Team.!!!

Seems like no maintenance was done in last twenty years. For 200 a night you wouldn’t expect paint to fall off the ceiling. Two bottle of drinking water for a three night stay, if you want new ones every day you have to pay
