The elevator and hallways were certainly dated and road weary. However, the room was very clean, nice beds, with a spectacular view. Parking was safe and well lit (we are driving a moving truck, so that was really important to us). Price was fantastic, too! Huge breakfast selection, very clean and well maintained area. I highly recommend it for an affordable stay less than ten minutes from Dollywood.

The check in process was quick and easy. The young ladies at the front desk were nice, friendly, and professional. The only thing with the whole stay was the marijuana smell going into the building we were staying in. The location of the hotel was fantastic and a short drive to Dollywood.

It was very busy. The pool was crowded until 11pm. The room was clean, a little dated. Parking was slim pickings. We stayed overnight, so it was fine for one night. Location was convenient.

My husband and I spent three nights at this hotel. We had reservations and check in was a breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and informative but warned us the key cards sometimes deactivate. On the third night of our stay it happened to us. It was annoying because we got locked out and had to make the trip to the main building to get them to activate again. The breakfast is good however I wish there was more variety of the main entrees. It was the same every day which was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. The hotel is close to entertainment, restaurants and shopping. It wasn’t perfect but overall a good place to stay.
