Great room, great price
Check in was quick. Very friendly staff. The room looked better than the pictures advertised, which is never the case. They remodeled and painted tastefully. Furniture was updated and nice. Clean and overall great location. Gas stations and restaurants nearby.

We've stayed here several times as we travel I 5. It was always clean and comfortable. They're remodeling a/o Oct 2024, so our room had been completely & nicely redone. George the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. But...they don't have personal coffee-makers in the rooms--bring them back! Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, pastry

Best Value In Town
There are a few hotels in the Santa Nella area that are nice, but this is the best of the least expensive ones. I've stayed here several times and have always found a clean, comfortable room and a friendly staff there. The rooms have just been completely gutted and redecorated. So everything is fresh and new at the moment. The hotel lobby has a wonderful mural/set of a cute town, with faux buildings and store fronts. I've been told the new owner doesn't like it, but I sincerely hopes he will keep it. It's probably the most charming and unique feature of this property.

Not the oasis I wanted
The property was under construction and as work started by 8:00 AM it was impossible to enjoy peace and quiet after that or to sleep in. There was no coffee or hot water available for tea in the room or in the lobby. It was only available at breakfast. Our room was not supplied large towels for taking a shower. All this just added up to an unpleasant stay. We have had good experiences with the Quality Inn brand but not for this stay. Once construction is finished and the right amenities are supplied I think this will be a very nice hotel in the future. A lot of work is being done on the property.

Place is horrible
I WOULDN'T STAY HERE EVER AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME. I've stayed in this place twice and both times it sucked. Stay at the best Western. The room itself was okay. I'm convinced they had over night construction going on in the room above us all night. The noise was beyond ridiculous and I'm about to half deaf. If I hadn't driven 16 hours I probably wouldn't have ever fallen asleep at all. Our room had no phone and my wife used her cell to called the number on the web until after 3:00 and nobody ever answered

The entire place is going through renovations. You literally walk over dry wall and tarps to get to your room. Most of the rooms are gutted and they are working on them into the evening, and early in the morning. The room we stayed in was wonderful. Large and newly renovated room. Everything was sparkling clean. They were not finished with our room. There were no towel bars or curtains (butcher block paper was taped on the windows) we were told that they were waiting for them to arrive. The outdoor area had a great pool area and several grills-don’t know if that area was open or not. Very large eating area-breakfast was no frills but fine. This place will be fabulous when it is done but it has a LONG way to go. Enjoyed our room but not what we had to walk threw to get to it.
